The Young Kings Roundtable is a personal development programme for young men ages 15-18 navigating the complex journey from childhood to young adult. The purpose of the programme is to inspire and empower young men encouraging them to discover their purpose and pursue their passion while also equipping them with tools to increase confidence, improve communication and inform critical thinking skills.
As a core component of the “Use Your Voice” initiative (which is a flagship programme for The Place Of Dreams Global) The Young Kings Roundtable is specifically designed for young men who are underprivileged, underrepresented or under the radar, it is a transformative 12-week programme designed to bridge the gap between potential and the fulfilment of purpose. The programme provides a third space for young men to be seen, feel safe and be celebrated, helping them to realise their value, refine their vision and recognise they have a voice.
The programme is intentionally structured around a weekly shared meal, a method which is central to our message. We believe that “breaking bread” together dismantles barriers which in turn fosters connection, camaraderie, and community. Around the table, facilitators are not fake, and students are not scared to share stories, debate ideas, and forge bonds in an atmosphere where compassionate conversation is key. Whilst the setting is relaxed, the content is robust. The Young Kings Roundtable experience is an incubator for total transformation.
