Introduction to Caribbean Cooking
If you love food, enjoy cooking or want to learn to cook, then this practical introduction to Caribbean cooking is for you.
You will experience the mouth-watering sensation of preparing selected recipes to cook and share.
You’ll also find out a bit about the history and culture of certain dishes and the countries they come from, like jerk chicken, rice and peas, bakes, salt-fish fritters. You will also get an idea about the nutritional value of certain Caribbean foods, and learn about food safety, health and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
