Employability & Mentoring
Work Works provides targeted support to young Enfield residents who may be at risk, have a desire to study and grow but are negatively influenced by their surroundings. We provide people with one to one mentoring support for participants who feel that they need further support, advice, and guidance. Mentoring sessions involve holistic end to end mentoring around anti-social behaviour, motivation, confidence building, positive thinking, wellbeing, changing perspectives and time management. We also conduct home/family visits for young people to encourage positive relationships.
Once our young people are ready to seek employment, we provide them with employability training which includes CV/cover letter writing, Interview training, job application training and further advice and guidance.
